Trademark rights among community developer and trustees

This seems to be a complicated fact pattern as follows: decades ago, a developer began to develop a large condominium and townhouse community development in State C under Trademark A and using Logo Design B. The development in question was comprised of myriad buildings and sub-divisions (“communities”), and homeowner’s associations. The developer also developed other similar communities in other states under Trademark A and Logo Design B (collectively “IP”)

Lease

Ok sorry to bother you again, however I now have another question, I moved into an apartment in December signed a lease that said we were only allowed 2 dogs however later we acquired another dog (due to mothers illness) I told the property manager that worked here at the time and he said that that was not a problem ( he stated because the dog weighs less then 5 lbs) now the secruity of the development (not even the new property manager) (the other one was fired) says that I have to get rid of one of the dogs. If I have been allowed to stay can they still evicted

!3 yr old son having surgery on a stenosised aorta

Been on an out of control roller coaster ride since Wednesday.  Took son in for a sports physical the Wednesday before Holloween, and they heard a murmur and he had irregular heart beats.  They performed an ekg and it was grossly abnormal as I work in the medical field and can interpret to a degree.  I called his primary physician and told him what had happened, and as my son had just got over the flu and gastritis we decided to wait and do another ekg a week later to allow all the medicines to clear.   They performed the ekg, and then his primary came in to listen to his heart. He told me this is all new as he had just checked his heart and lungs as he does every check up for his Strattera refill, at the beginning of September./  My son had been fatiqued when getting out of middle school, but they have had a heavy work load the 3 weeks prior, and he was having troubles going to sleep, so I attributed it to just being tired, as he showed no signs of shortness of breath or complained about his chest hurting.  He had been having some reoccuring stomach aches, but he had been eating really late at night and everyone has had gastritis on and off for 3 weeks in the house.
