Am I entitled to see my mother’s will?
My mother recently died and my brother says he is in possession of her will and that she left all of her property to him and nothing to my sister or me. He refuses to send me a copy of the will because he says he wants to protect me from hurtful things my mother put in the will. I understand he must file the will with probate and I can obtain a copy then

Does EIN belong to LLC? or Individual?
I opened a business LLC and I was the registered agent and I applied for an EIN. I recently pulled my name off of the registered agent list, and placed my sister under as the sole member of the company

Father-In-Law passed
In January my father-in-law died. He had an attorney for his estate, but the attorney advised the daughters (all 3) to wait 4 years to probate the will. In the will he left the oldest daughter as executor and for the girls to "share and share alike." This is not happening and the two oldest sisters have changed the locks on the house and have decided not to let my wife the youngest have a key.

Let me tell you about my day yesterday…
Warning: This will probably be a bit long, so be prepared... So, yesterday the weather was getting really bad. The wind was blowing like 100 mph! I could hear things outside crashing! And then the power went out for a few minutes. (Turns out someone's roof from their metal shed came off and flew up and over a house and made a huge mess when it landed...). By the time I had to take one of my granddaughters (I had all three of them for a while yesterday) to her dance class it was raining. It's spring...it's supposed to rain

Do any of you ever watch JTV? Jewelry Television? I have just started watching it because my sister got me into it. She buys loose stones to make jewelry. She does beautiful work. Anyway, I wish I had some money now, because there are the most beautiful pieces of jewelry with rare stones! Have any of you ever bought anything from it?
