Need An Answer This is really Strange

My wife's Sister passed away three years ago from Pancreatic Cancer, she was the most caring and sweetest person you could meet, not once did she complain about her condition yet knowing she was going to die. The other night I don't know if was a dream or what but standing at the foot of the bed bathed in a aura of light she was standing there with the same smile she always had and then she vanished, the day after my wife called our son to chat and told him of the incident and I heard her gasped, when she got off the phone she said he told her that he fell a sleep on the couch while watching TV and a strange feeling came over him and there she was bathed in the same aura and then approached him and gave him a gentle hug and then vanished, I'm trying to make sense of this and hope the CS bunch can help me with some answers

health care. right or a privilage

Health care , the question is not if it a right or a privilage, but if it is smart to have it.  The World Health Organisation has ranked the U.S. health care system 37th in the world.  We have fallen behind and the reason is we are ruled by the insurance companies.  Recently my sister in law found she had breast cancer.  Her claim for care was denied because the procedure used by the doctor was considered to new.  To new?  The procedure had been used for the last 3 years. This was just another example of the health care company's use of excuses not to pay for care that people have been paying for over the years.  The insurance industry is not concerned with the customers health, they are concerned with profit margin
