Opinion on the Starbucks situation.

I think it is pathetic that some one would order a hot drink then complain about it. You know the drink is hot, it says caution all over the cup, not to mention it is tea. Tea has always been served hotter than coffee, it has to steep.

Vehicle Deposit Refundability

I posted an ad to sell a customized commercial vehicle. A buyer, out of state, asked if I would hold the van if she sent a deposit and I agreed, as I preferred to have time to close the business anyway. She sent a check and we both signed a deposit receipt which specified the selling price and the closing date (which was approximately six weeks from her initial contact).

Should I accept an impairment or settle my case?

I was injured at work 8/2008, and company paid all of my doctor's visits and therapies. Due to heavy lifting, I developed chronic lateral epicondilytis in both elbows. I recently received 12% whole body impairment from my doctor, who suggested leaving the case open for 6 years in case I do not improve.

Removal of name from vehicle title

I am recently divorced and my settlement agreement was made part of the divorce decree and is now a court order. Among other things, the SA specifically states, my ex was supposed to remove my name from the title of his truck

Order to show cause

My soon to be ex wife's attorney filed a order to show cause. Claimed I was a bad father (not true) did not pay my child care (not true)make more money than I claim, wants sanctions and attorney fees etc etc. Then she filed order shortening time which was denied.

beign sued for credit card debt

i am beign sued by citi bank. last year i entered an agreement with ghs solutions.the amount im beign sued for is $12,000.00 Ghs soultions tried negotiating with citi banks attorney to see if they would settle for $5,000.00 which was all i could come up with.

NY City to pay for 9/11 workers sicknesses
