Appearing before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee in a scheduled hearing on a new strategic arms reduction treaty with Russia, Clinton shrugged off a deal announced Monday in which Iran would swap a portion of its low-enriched uranium for higher-grade uranium to power a research reactor that produces medical isotopes

This is an article from a website that I found on the subject.   It is pro gun ownership.  It's from www.therepublicantemple.com I have no idea who this group is but I do feel that US citizens should have the right to own a gun with a permit.  I have a legal firearm for protection in the home.

Registered Agent Refuses to accept letter

From my Secretary of State's website, I obtained the name and address of the Registered Agent of an LLC located in my hometown. I sent that person a Demand Letter by Certified Mail, Return Receipt Requested, but according to the USPS, it was "undeliverable." The address of the Registered Agent and the LLC is the same address as their d/b/a name in the phone book. When I drove past their store this morning, they were open for business.

Obama, Republicans square off on financial-regulation bill

Here we go again.  We elect these guys to get a job done and all they do is follow a party line rather than thinking for themselves.  From what I have read, nearly everyone agrees that some degree of new financial oversight, regulation, or a combination is needed.  But once again, making the other party look bad is far more important than reaching an agreement to prevent another financial disaster.   Obama, Republicans square off on financial-regulation bill   President Obama accused Republicans on Friday of trying to carve out "special loopholes" for the financial sector in regulatory reform legislation and warned they would soon face a choice: whether to side with an unpopular industry or with ordinary Americans His pointed comments came as all 41 Senate Republicans signed a letter criticizing a bill before the chamber to overhaul financial oversight.
