Investigation was being conducted on defendant who was allegedly selling heroin in a school zone. Elementary school is located across the street from defendant. Video of alleged transactions were taken.

Depp and McShane To Be Pirates Together?
Reports are that Ian McShane (yum) may join Johnny Depp (double yum) in the next outing of Pirates of the Caribbean. McShane would play real-life pirate Blackbeard in a story line about the search for the Fountain of Youth. Penelope Cruz will be the lady fair. I hope this is true. I think McShane would be a fabulous foil for Johnny -- they can both send the wickedometer through the roof, sly devils that they are, and they are both vitamin fortified eye candy.
