for you to be able to claim it as a deduction for work? I have a very low mortgage.. is it a percentage of your salary or an actual amount?

Republicrette Your question doesn't make any sense. Not being required to purchase insurance doesn't make anybody die, it just passes the cost on to the taxpayers when those uninsured go to the ER. Why do Democrats want people to die because they can not get health insurance?
