Corporate Personhood and Massey’s Don Blankenship

Now that the Supreme Court has ruled that corporations have same rights as individuals and money is now equal to free speech, shouldn't corporations and their CEO's also have the same liabilities as individuals?  In other words, shouldn't Don Blankenship of Massey Mining be charged with 29 counts of manslaughter for reckless disregard of the safety of his workers?  If corporations want to be equal to people, I say let's give them all the privileges AND responsibilities that go along with being equal to individual citizens.  What do you think?    http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/mine-owner-don-blankenship-cast-cavalier-worker-safety/story?id=10314692

Women Arming Themselves Everywhere

United States isn't the only country that as experience increase of firearms sales in the past few years do to increasing violence acts toward women.  In Guatemala increasing number of women are arming themselves, the Diario de Centroamerica newspaper reports.   The Digecam regulatory agency has registered ove 9,200 firearms in the name of women, it says, respresenting 4 % of total guns registered inthe country.
