Rangel: Violates House Rules, claims ignorance as defense
This is classic. Rangel basically says I didnt know I was violating the rules, so i'm not gonna abide by em. Next time I get pulled over for speeding, i'll just say I didnt see the signs and tell the office to go on his way. More examples of the how this country used to operate under the rule of law. Do I need to pay for a copy of the by-laws?
I just bought a townhouse in Staten Island, NY and I have been trying to get a copy of the By-Laws. The Homeowners' Association keeps telling me that they can sell me a copy for $150. I don't see why I have to pay for these rules and regulations

House agrees to $1.9 trillion more debt
WASHINGTON — The House on Thursday voted to allow the government to go $1.9 trillion deeper in debt — or about $6,000 more for every U.S. resident. The measure, approved 217-212, would raise the cap on federal borrowing to $14.3 trillion.
