Neighbor using Police and Coirts to harrasse

Calling Michiganders for some suggestions for Used Auto Loan
I have been trying to get a used car loan for the past week and have been turned down by 2 Credit Unions so Far. One in particular said I had an Experian score of 619. I have a cosigner that is ready to sign but as of last week their score was at a 640. This particular CU said i could get a 4.99 even with a cosigner if our combined score was 740. My cosigner has paid a $17k or more in debt but I dont think their score is going to jump that high to get me at a combined 740. I have read that CU are the best and I was truly trying to do this on my own but I do not want to miss out on this deal of a car. I am looking for a loan of $13,500 and stay under $275/month ideally $250 if I could get that 4.99 rate somehow. My credit history has been EXCELLENT in the past 5yrs but not so good in the past within the SOL unfortunately and that of course is the things holding me back. Basically Sallie Mae in like 6 instances dated back from 03,04 and 06. I am looking for any suggestions for CU in MI that has been good at giving folks like me a chance without giving me an outrageous rate. CU applied for is MSGCU denied but trying with a cosigner to get best rate, Credit Union One denied and can not use cosigner out of household, and Genysis did not deny me but said based on my credit history would get a 9.5%. Please help with any suggestions.

The Weirdest thing happened to me today
OK,let me back up,,Yesterday I was sitting in line at the drive thru at the bank, I reached in my purse and found a fortune cookie from last week, I opened it and ate it, The Fortune read " you will be reunited with someone from your past" hummm I thought.. Then this morning at church, I walked in and there stood a familar face from my past,,,my next door neighbor from when I grew up, she has known me since I was 2 yrs old, we grew up together and I hadent seen her since 1977....Oh My, that was so awesome... This is the best part,,,,she is a teacher at Dennis Chavez Elementary school and she is Nolans teacher !!!! Wow huh ?

Their email exchanges, in which they openly discuss both the truth, and ways to slant or misrepresent it, have been haked and are now on the WEB. "We have discovered that the warming in New Zealand over the past 156 years was indeed man-made, but it had nothing to do with emissions of CO2—it was created by man-made adjustments of the temperature.
