Auto loan payment
Is there a way to "beat" interest payments at all? My interest rate is 16.78% through Capital One and I've had the car for 20 months now.

BOA goodwill letter help
in last 12 months on and off i was late 30 days so i got 6 30 days late on my history .....my loan is from boa......i got 18 other account never late but car loan is hurtting my history very badly plz some one let me know if i can wirte a good will later to BOA to remove 30 days late from my history ....if some one have there address plz let me know .....

Hi guys and gals i'm back again with a question i need to know, and i never really got the answer to, i have a auto loan threw navyfed with a 6.75 interest rate but i been thinking of refianacing cause my other credit union pentagon federal is offering a 3.99% on all new and used cars my question is how does this refiancing work is it worth it to refinance? and when u do does your loan start all over again at what i brought the car for or what i owe on it now? help please

Broken the law lately?

Auto Loan Payoff
I have a few questions about auto loans. My wife and I both have car loans with both of our names on each vehicle. There are no late payments on either vehicle. The OC does not report my monthly payments to the E. They are updating my balance and its says current next to the payment history. I called and spoke with them about making the updates to show that Im making ontime payment, but they gave me the run around. Can I "make" them update my CR monthly to show ontime payments? If they did do this, would this increase my credit score? I currently owe $4300 on the car I drive ('05 Buick LaCrosse). I plan to have this paid off by years end. The original amount of the loan was $8500. How much I could expect my score to increase after this loan is paid off?

bying a house if the owner is deported
My next door lady wants to sell me the house, but she is not on the titlle on the loan. Is unther her husband name, He was deported to Mexico and no chance of coming back soon

Applying for new loan immdiately after paying off old loan
So here it goes, I just sold my motorcycle which payed off my loan. I was wondering if it is best to wait for the loan to be updated on my credit reports or just go ahead with a new loan app immediately since I read that a score can lower after payoff. I have a nice chunk of change for a down payment but don't know if I should wait a month or just go ahead with a new loan now. Please help. Thanks

Re-fi to get my name off loan
I did a no no and consigned for my GF to get a car after everyone here told me not too. Fortunately she has been great with her payments but I would like my name off the loan ASAP
