How much should a family estate lawyer charge?
The settlement for the estate total is $155K. From the $155K, $65K is the additional amount the layer was able to get for his client, $90K is not disputed and clearly written on the Will.

Loss of license conflicting sentences
I lost my license in November of '09. The judge sentenced me to seven months loss of license but the paperwork says that I was sentenced to nine months loss of license. Would it be possible to argue this if I were to get the transcript and/or proof of this claim from my lawyer?

Lease Termination and Relocation by Landlord
I was renting a unit in Brooklyn - I have a lease signed by my landlord through October 1st 2010. I received a letter from an attorney representing my landlord in January saying that he was selling the building and that I needed to relocate. I was in negotiations with the attorney settling on a fee for the termination of my lease and my relocation.
