Looking for tasty, easy recipe suggestions
I just agreed to make two dinners for this Friday night for two families going through rough times. They are meat eaters and we are not. Does anyone have an easy, fool proof recipe that I can make that would travel well and last all day in a cooler? I need about six servings for each dinner. Once I have the entree, I can plan the rest of the meal

Ads on the Forums
There was a thread recently about the invasive ads that spread all over the screen if you happen to run your mouse over the ad on the right side. I can't remember what it was called or who started it, but I realized something in the last couple of days that may just help some people! I use Firefox as my browser, and for those of you who do too - do you have a little Firefox icon right below the down arrow on the right side of the page? I do, and sometimes my mouse drifts down a tad and lands on on that icon....a left click does this: "Switches rendering engine of current page." If I accidentally do this, I get sent to Internet Explorer! My ad blocker is not installed on IE, so I immediately get all the ads on comcast. After I discovered what I was doing, I clicked on the icon again, and get sent back to Firefox again - and no ads! :smileysurprised: :smileyhappy: :smileyhappy:

the post office
so now they do not want to deliver the mail on saturdays, fine with me! i live on the east coast and with all this snow i did not get mail for a whole week, and they the post office is wondering why they are not getting as much postage for letters and packages etc, well go figure, they compete with ups, and fed ex, and some others, i use to work for the post office as a carrier, and your told it you can not get down the street due to it not being plowed, then ya bypass that street, yea it is a matter of safety- but not really for the carrier, it is for the white truck they drive, i could not tell you how many times i fell down delivering the mail in snow, on rainy grass and fell on my butt, what ever happened to the mail gets delivered rain, snow sleet etc..

Bill Cosby–what’s up man?
Just when we thought he was out of the limelight, Cosby surfaces again showing his true colors. While promoting the playboy jazz festival, someone asks him about family values in the african american community. He lashes out mercilessly and rudely at a publicist. Real self-righteous too. She is heard apologizing several times and he scoffs and demeans her. What a **bleep**. This behavior from a guy who had multiple allegations against him from SO MANY women alleging a drug and sexual misconduct incident. Gee, 9 plus women all with the same allegation against this "family man". His people like to keep those allegations on the qt, but just look it up on the internet; there's a slew of junk against him that has been swept under the rug and laid for dead. I absolutely hate men like him who pontificate about subjects of huge relevancy and falter hugely in their own lives. No one is perfect but not only is the man rude to the "little people" but he never publicly addresses the multiple allegations against him--EVER. Guess Tiger Woods should have handled the media like Cosby. Stonewall. Cold. Rude. Sell pudding Bill, that's what you're good at.
