103 Months to Clear Housing Inventory
103 Months! That's not even a decade....Given the taxpayer now owns how many $Trillion of these mortgages between Fannie & Freddie, the FHA and the FED....it ain't lookin good. The faster prices fall...the faster this mess gets cleared.....let's hope it doesn't get stretched out for decades

[B]harry broadus is his name mines clint his son i'm 25 my dad lost everything,he lost his home when they stole it from him and lost his health severly,i'm writing from the hospital in huntsville,al heres what happened 1.cheaters in 2008 his businessed suffered the fallout with crooked people,a gas company we also had an attorney look over the contracts and the lawsuit they filed, our lawyer said and i quote"i've looked over this and there is some fraud in here cause of the contracts they broke" 2.the foreclosure ocwen is being sued by some stuff that we went through too from the same company ocwen, we've had people come in our homes with keys telling us we need to get out the house its not ours any more.then after they had their rights read to them they stayed away, before the foreclosure we tried to work it out with ocwen we called them and talked to them but they refused to as a result they auctioned off the house and i quote from a deputity who saw the house and said "wow the only reason they forced you out was because their gunna get money off the house" we had buyers that were gunna buy the business and we could of paid off everything 5 buyers but the creditors wouldn't accept it! we have the proper paperwork to prove it! we could have paid everything off walked away clean and they wouldn't do it! now my dad lays up here in pain in nciu in huntsville,al and no one cares! i've taken care of him all my life he was shot in a gas station and became paralyezed email me at hatterthevoice @ yahoo .com all one word i'll be on here later on

Program Will Pay Homeowners to Sell at a Loss
First we are spending $75 Billion to keep people in their homes with just last week mandating that all homes go thru the HAMP process to do everything possible to prevent foreclosure. Now the idea of the moment is to pay people to get the heck out of their house....for a cost of who knows $Billions. If someone can figure this out......clue me in...and while your at it call the White house and clue them in as well.

Bank refuse to take title on home
I purchase a home in 2005, but due to unemployment I fell behind the mortgage payments on March 2008, the bank WAMU started with foreclosure and send a inspector to my house every week, we try to do a loan modification but the bank did not even wanted to deal with us, my husband filled bankruptcy as a last resort to keep the home but the trustee remove the stay and my husband signed over the home to the Bank, we move out on August 2008.

How do I find out the mortgage company of a condo in foreclosure?
I live in a building of three units. The second unit is vacant (the owners have left 2 years ago) and the unit is in foreclosure. We (the condominium association) should contact the Unit 2 mortgage company for the backlog of unpaid condominium fees. How do I know that their mortgage company?
2nd mortgage Foreclosure: How long is the delay to put it on your credit?
We repaid 2 mortgageforeclosure before running through. We continued to pay the mortgage before without any problem. The attempt was not to limit our credit report until we’ve refinanced with a new mortgage company. Is this fair? It seems suspicious that appeared on our credit after we refinanced with another company. We realize that business is business, but it seems that you were fine with everything until we got our books from them and went with another company.
