Drug smoking tenant denies smoking anything & is suing for harrassment
Here's the situation. There is an old row house where there are 4 separate apartment units. The new tenant in the basement apartment has been smoking in their apartment (cigarettes, pot, incense and an unknown substance)

Inmate Overdoses Canceling Execution Plans
I recommend that a new law be enacted to deal with inmates that overdose to take control of their execution away from his executioners. The executioner could be required to go to where the inmate is "recovering" from his overdose and use the tried and true method of "One Bullet" championed by my favorite Texan realist Ross Perot. The Russians practiced this for decades on the steps leading to the basement of The Lubyanka Prison. The executioner could apply one bullet at approximately 1000 feet per second or about 90 grains of lead injected into the subjects cranium just behind an ear and then the doomed inmate would die from a sudden injection of lead and get it over with rapidly. Crying towels could then be distributed to anybody that needed one. These difficul economic times require efficient arrived at by economies of scale being applied. Subletter breaks agreement- what are each parties rights?
My biggest question regards what type of rights I have to pursue getting rent for all the months she signed a lease for, and how to go about doing that. My further questions regard a situation that will be described later in this post. I will be thorough regarding what happened.

Fraud by a landLord on peco bill
I'm renting an apartment in the basement of a house of two floors apartments and my peco bill is in the name of my landlord she is charging me as a commercial billing when many times i had ask her to put under my name the peco bill as residential she don't want to changed. Because she has it as commercial billing they are charging me the double of what i supposed to paid every month

How many have them or use them? Any family members have them? A week ago saturday, My BIL, had what turned out to be strokes....He was alone downstairs shutting down his computer and fell off his chair, crawled to his bedroom and caught his breath etc. Next day he mentioned it to my sister and she advised seeing a doctor which he did. Tests showed he had had a stroke and also had a blockage in an artery in his neck which they treated and he is home now

The Nightmare is Almost Over
Howdy folks!! It's been a little while since I've posted and the last time I was pretty upset about our landlord moving into the storage room in our basement. Well, after much house hunting, thought and a few go-rounds with the idiot we are finally getting out of the hellhole! The landlord was "LIVID" last night after we told him we would be gone by the end of the month.....He wants his MONEY.....SORRY FOR YA PAL.....You screwed yourself on that deal! He also agreed to let us out of our lease.....hmmmmmmm.....could it be that he is worried about all those code violations or that without our money he can't afford the taxes on this place....OMGosh.....I can't even believe he appealed to us in this way....he actually wanted our sympathy....He actually wanted not

5 day notice from LL to commence summary proceedings
Since June, we live in a rent stabilized apartment in Brooklyn, NY. Ever since we moved in, we had problems with our apartment - 2 weeks without a sink and countertops in the kitchen, unfinished painting, heat problems, and the worst was,when we found out that we have no floor underneath our feet. The floor literally consist of the floor boards that we are walking on.

Bank refuse to take title on home
I purchase a home in 2005, but due to unemployment I fell behind the mortgage payments on March 2008, the bank WAMU started with foreclosure and send a inspector to my house every week, we try to do a loan modification but the bank did not even wanted to deal with us, my husband filled bankruptcy as a last resort to keep the home but the trustee remove the stay and my husband signed over the home to the Bank, we move out on August 2008.
