AIRFORCE & Child support…
I am about 7 month pregnant...and the father is in the air force reserves. He says he does not want to be in the picture, and there is nothing the law can do about it because he will active duty in a couple of months right around the time the baby is born. I don't know what to do because i'm told that nothing can be done until the baby gets here, but then by that time he might be gone, and there is no way to file anything while he is overseas

Child Support and Disability
My soon to be ex husband is on disability, or at least he has been approved and is waiting to get his checks started. I talked to the SSI people and they told me that because he is getting "income based" disability that I could not draw a check on our son.

Back Child Support advice
Was recently told by the child support division that they can not process the arrears owed on my child support which total about 18,000 because they only process administrative orders and mine is a court order. Need advice on what I need to do to try and collect.
