Help – breaking lease options.
I have lived in a gated community in Salinas, Ca since March '09. I just signed a new lease effective April '10. The community has three vehicle gates and three pedestrian gates.

An interesting observation. As the late Adrian Rogers said, "you cannot multiply wealth by dividing it." An economics professor at a local college made a statement that he had never failed a single student before, but had recently failed an entire class. That class had insisted that Obama's socialism worked and that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great equalizer.

Hello Coffee shoppers!!! Hope you all had a Happy and Healthy New Year! I know it's been a while, but just wanted to stop by and say Hello to anyone that remembers me! We are in Shanghai now, have been here about 8 months and LOVE it! This city is amazing and the people have been wonderful. We have just passed our 3 years in Asia..still can't believe that! The plan though is to stay as long as we can. Business is really good over here and we love it, and since it's just us and our 2 furry kids, we're staying! We just finished celebrating The Chinese New Year here ~ Year of The Tiger~ Talk about celebrating!! There were red lanterns, dancing and fireworks everywhere for the entire 2 weeks

Should Starbucks ban laptop ZOMBIES?
Forget banning open carriers they spend money in Starbucks, drink their coffee and leave, then hear comes the day sift laptop Zombies who hog all the tables for hours and do not purchase anything after the first cup. Now here comes the night sift zombies, (mostly college :smileyvery-happy:students) who hog the tables till closing time lol.

Two local officers die in line of duty
A Fresno County sheriffs deputy and a Reedley police officer were shot and killed today while attempting to serve an arson arrest warrant. The name of the deputy has not been released. Sheriff Margaret Mimms said he was a long time member of the department

Verbal contract with cable company
On Jan 20 2010 we signed up with Dish Network, Paying 283 Dollars that was, as we were told by them, supposed to cover installation and the first two payments.
