We live in Minnesota and are letting our house go into foreclosure. At what point do we stop paying the taxes and insurance on the property?

when are we no longer responsible for a house in foreclosure when are you no longer responsible on foreclosed home?

  1. Until the title/deed is transferred to the new owner/bank.

  2. When your name is removed from the Deed

  3. the day of the auction, when (obviously) you no longer own it.

  4. Until ownership transfers to someone else.

  5. After the foreclosure.
