i own a 12ft by 60ft mobile that:s about 20 years old. it:has a flat roof. i had that 10yr roofing paint put on 2yrs ago.it doesn:t leak. and my homeowners insurance just check it out and told me it was o.k. i completely remodeled the inside , i am interested in getting a new reroof over .Someone told me about this rubber roofing, my question is, did any one ever hear of this? and how much $ $ would this cost?i:m in Florida.(}please don:t tell me leave well enough alone and don:t fix it until it breaks)

Do your research on the rubber roofing material. There are many brands and not all contractors know how to install them. I have seen several instances where high winds literally peeled the rubber right off several buildings.
