Wrong dates on Response to Divorce Petition
I filled out the p/work for a divorce on grounds of abandonment on January 28 and it was filed in the Circuit Clerk’s Office on the 29th of January. Since I did not know where my wife was/had no address for her it came out in the February 23, 2010 edition of our local newspaper

Program Will Pay Homeowners to Sell at a Loss
First we are spending $75 Billion to keep people in their homes with just last week mandating that all homes go thru the HAMP process to do everything possible to prevent foreclosure. Now the idea of the moment is to pay people to get the heck out of their house....for a cost of who knows $Billions. If someone can figure this out......clue me in...and while your at it call the White house and clue them in as well.
