I was involved in an accident four months in California, and I was like a fault of the insurance company (turn left, and a wheel without reflectors) noted. I have $ 50 000 in personal injury. I own my house and my car is an old 1995 Honda Civic. My insurance is to ask if I can be my report information to the lawyer of the person supplied. Should I make my cover information to be provided?

My elderly parents are being seriously scammed by their mortgage company. They are being forced to buy home owner’s insurance from the lender even though they have had their own insurance (uninterrupted) on the home since it was purchased 26 years ago. Each time they contact the lender, they are told to just pay it or lose their home. About two weeks ago, I spoke to a supervisor of the company on their behalf and with their consent. The supervisor blatantly lied about finding out what has happened and calling back. Now, I have started to research the mortgage company and discovered so many complaints by consumers about this company. This mortgage company is so well-known and I can’t understand how the h&%$ they have been getting away with this for so long. So right now my parents are stuck in a never-ending nightmare with this agency and I for sure am not going to just let them stay there. Any advice is appreciated.

I have always had stomach problems. When I was a little girl, my stomach hurt so much that I could barely move. I went to the ER and the doctors thought–at first–that it was appendicitis. However, after X-rays and so forth, they said it was just major constipation. However, I had been drinking a lot of water, and I never ate junk food. (I was homeschooled, and all meals were home-cooked from scratch with bunches of vegetables.)

I continued to have problems, starting to gain weight and experience even more abdominal discomfort. At 16, I started to have a lot of problems with skin infections, getting some sort of acne specifically on my breasts. This acne continued and is still bothering me.

At 20, I blew up to nearly 240 lbs. (I’m 5′ 6″.) My stomach stretched so much that I had to wipe off some drops of blood from the skin. I went to the doctor and he simply pushed down on my stomach (so much that it hurt to an undescribable extent). Then he laughed and said I just ate too much junk food and never exercised. This is after I’d returned from hiking the Appalachian Trail from Maine to Massachusetts.

I decided to stop eating wheat as this seemed to cause the majority of the problems. After that, with my continued exercise, I’ve gotten down to 160 lbs. in a little less than a year’s time.

However, my stomach still seems a bit distended. I can feel a fat layer but it’s about half an inch. Then–under that–I can feel resistance as if my whole abdomen is taut. I have been having difficulty going to the bathroom all year, even though I mainly eat yogurt.

I don’t have insurance, so I can’t go to the doctor. Any advice anyone?

Someone broke into my van at the beginning of this month, and my insurance company sent me a paper to fill out, but I dont have the receipts for the items does that mean they wont pay for them?

My younger brother only makes $ 14,200 a year (part time student). He has $ 30,000 cash for a down payment. He has had a repo (truck) and has since cleared the debt. He doesn’t owe on any of his credit cards and has no bills other than car insurance, food and rent (approx. $ 300 total each month). The house he wants costs $ 100,000. Is there any way that he will be able to get a mortgage? Can his twin co-sign (his credit isn’t that great)? Any ideas?? Thanks!

My daughter got a splinter in her foot from my fiance’s hardwood floors. I could not get the splinter out myself as it was about 2 inches long and about as thick as a toothpick (pretty thick as splinters go i think). Well, I ended up having to take her to the emergency room (we don’t have an urgent care anywhere nearby and this was a saturday). I just got the bill and it’s $ 500. my question is this: would my fiance’s homeowner’s insurance cover this? and if so, would it cause his homeowner’s premiums to be increased?

Last year, I contacted a few insurance companies deals on home and auto insurance to receive. I chose a business. I think everyone has once in a Weile.Vor I just received a letter from a company. The letter said they could not with a quotation or a blanket on the basis of information received from the Centre ChoicePoint insurance consumers. In fact, they make me an offer, but I ignored it. She further explained that I get a free copy of my consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act to erhalten.Ich understand that you get a credit report when applications are denied for a credit card / credit. I was wondering if anyone has had similar experiences and if the consumer report is another possibility to detect human Informationen.Thanks.

I am thinking of starting a small internet company, mainly for the purpose of teaching kids programming, planning, discipline and dealing with people. Can I hire kids as unpaid intern? Would I need worker’s comp? What is workers comp anyway? I’m thinking of about 6-7 kids working for 2 months during the summer, about 12-15 hours per week. I expect small amount of income from the operation but far short of covering the expenses. Since I’ll be spending most of my time teaching these kids (I probably would get things done quicker myself), I really don’t feel that I should also be paying them. I’ll probably have this operation out of home. Any insurance, liability issues I should be concerned about?

Thanks for your help.
