I use a mop and Lysol, but I need something cheap and fast to clean with! I tried, but Swiffer work. Please HELP!

I currently have no insurance and have a constant shooting pain on my left side behind my ribs. Every time I move my arms up and down I hear something moving in my throat and it’s causing shooting pain in many different spots in my abdomen. Last time I went 3 months ago I wasn’t in chronic pain so they sent me home saying it wasn’t an emergency. Since then the pain has quadrupled and is constant. I’m worried that if I go again they will send me home and it will be a waste of time and I’m out 300 dollars for the so called diagnostic.

What are somethings that I can say that forces them to treat me/ look into what my issues are.

I do not want to incur some massive hospital bill but now I feel as though this could mean life or death I’m 23/m so my constant pain is not normal.

The only way I can make the constant pain in my ribs go away is by cracking my back but then it comes back twenty minutes later.

Do these problems seem like I should go to the ER? Mainly I want a CAT scan done what do I have to say is hurting to get them to admit me? I feel because I don’t have insurance they’re going to be on the ultra defensive in terms of helping me so I need to say the right stuff because last time months ago was fruitless.

Thank you for your help so much…

I am looking at paying enough on our mortgage to where we would have 20% down of the original purchase price of our residence. I have read conflicting information about this with some people stating that an appraisal is necessary and you will need 20% of the appraised value down to get rid of PMI. Others say it is based on the original purchase price according to law. Our house has lost value in the last two years so I would like it to be based on the original loan amount.

In 2009, I canceled and went from bein OBGYN and found out I was pregnant and had infections. Meanwhile, I was still covered, for 3 months and coinsurance. Paid for and visit labs and then the second visit I had the medicine and ultrasound, they covered. I filled out the medicine and he denied. Doctor called, said insurance payments terminated and I have bills to e-mail for three visits, internships, ultrasound. They stopped payment because I was pregnant. Now others have PPL do not live in the same insurance and pregnant at home are older than what is the minimum age are not in school, etc., and they are covered. I was eighteen living with a mother who had insurance and the school online. It was September 5 and 90 days after coverage ended 7 / 27, so I was covered.

I have a quote from Jacob Riis’ How the other half lives “:” I found a room in front and two “rooms” in the shameful old wrecks buildings, the tenant was paying $ 10 a month for the back room and a room of $ 9, and the rooms in the attic, by size, from $ 3.75 to $ 5.50. “Is it a high price or cheaper? Or is it average?

A tree roots pennyless into my sewer line. I hired a plumber to snake it. He did a camera inspection thereafter and found that my PVC pipe is damaged between my house and the city line.

I live in Florida, in a community with HOA and they are responsible for all outside maintenance including tree trimming, etc. I cannot even dig on my own lot in front of the house without their permission.

I’m going to open a claim with my homeowner insurance – Citizens, but even if they cover it, I still need to pay a deductible.

So I guess my questions are:

Who is responsible for a repair – HOA or me?
If I’m liable for a repair, should I ask my HOA to knock down the tree to prevent future breakage?
If Citizens will pay for it, can HOA reimburse my deductible?
HOA agreement contains nothing about sewer… Like this problem never happens…

in a hoa who is resposible for cleaning a swer line blockage florida who is responsible for roots in my sewer line me or the hoa will hoa cover sewer problems

I got gabbing with my general practitioner & found some interesting facts about medical cost. About 15% of his bill to me is to cover his medical insurance cost for him to operate his business. In higher risk medical fields such as anesthesiologists the cost for malpractice insurance may cost the patient as much as 25% of the entire bill!
Add in the cost of either or BOTH the hospital &/or the clinic(s) in ADDITION to the cost of your physician(s) & you may be paying 25% percent of your bill to insurance companies. WORSE… add in the cost of the building/structure insurance, vehicle insurance for the hospitals, payroll insurance for medical staff employees(state industrial) & your bill may contain up to 30% of it’s cost to you in insurance costs!!! Then on top of this add in the cost of medical insurance for the manufacturers of pharmaceuticals which is always high.
In 2008 attorneys DONATED 233 million dollars…

http://www.realclearmarkets.com/articles/2009/08/06/the_high_cost_of_medical_malpractice_97346.html

…to politicians standing for office. 78% of these ‘donations’ went to demmie politicians & 23% to their repubie brothers. I would like to see both a ban on candidates that hold a law degree in publicly elected office(ANYONE can make a law!), save for the judicial end of government, plus physicians & the entire medical community be made immune by legislation to any & all lawsuits, period! The legal field is as corrupt as any field or profession can be as evidenced by capital hill & the attorneys that fill the seats of that institution.
Besides my ideas, what would you suggest to get the price of medical cost down?

Gitano Products operates a job-order costing system and applies overhead cost to jobs on the basis of direct materials to be used in production (not on the basis of raw materials purchased). All materials are classified as direct materials. In computing a predetermined overhead rate at the beginning of the year, the company’s estimates were: manufacturing overhead cost, $ 93,184; and direct materials to be used in production, $ 83,200. The company has provided the following data:

Beginning Ending
Raw Materials $ 15,600 $ 12,600
Work in Process $ 43,700 $ 67,000
Finished Goods $ 67,300 $ 59,300

The following actual costs were incurred during the year:

Purchase of raw materials (all direct) $ 92,500
Direct labor cost $ 79,800
Manufacturing overhead costs:
Indirect labor $ 7,200
Property taxes $ 17,700
Depreciation of equipment $ 41,100
Maintenance $ 8,800
Insurance $ 10,700
Rent, building $ 36,100

Predetermined overhead rate 112%

Job 215 was started and completed during the year. What price would have been charged to the customer if the job required $ 3,500 in materials and $ 4,200 in direct labor cost, and the company priced its jobs at 40% on top of the job’s cost according to the accounting system?
