My uncle gave me one of his old cars for free as a birthday gift, and I am entitled to ride alone, (2). But I can not go home without a license plate and car insurance?

He throws up in random rooms in our house and the contents are usually dry food. He is still playful, active, and eats fine, but is he unhealthy?

I am with this question in general … I know that every insurance can often anders.Versicherung exclusions (for example, the owners of insurance opposite flooding without flooding), so I was wondering if it is customary for the medical insurance disease, classified as an epidemic and / or pandemic excluded. http://susilobambangyudhoyono.cn/health-insurance.html

should home owners insurance cover a new central heat and air?

I have been with State Farm for years. I let them withdraw from my checking account over $ 300 dollars every month for coverage I agreed to. Now that we had to use our comprehensive coverage due to vandalism, they decide to reduce my coverage!!! They take your money but when you make a claim they punish you. Now they take a whole $ 6 less a month for our insurance but gave me a $ 500 deductable because of severe hail damage to my one vehicle & because someone decided to pour paint solvent on my new ’07 Yaris while I was at a basketball game watching my daughter cheer. Who is out there standing up for us little guys who is charged through the nose for services & then punished when we need to use it!!! Who is out there standing up for us little guys when gasoline is falling a barrel, but now for any reason the idiots charge $ 2.50 a gal. of gas! I think I’ll through my hat in the ring & run for U.S. president. I would stand up for the little guy!!!
to oklatom: Needless to say I was very upset when I sat down & made my complaint. I do not need a whole english lesson just wanted to vent. I suppose you have NEVER made a mistake while typing? However, I do appreciate your answer to my question. Have a great day!
CowboyBil, No I don’t have 500,000 put away but I had never had to use my insurance before & after putting so much $ into insurance month after month it seems that my vehicle should be fixed when the situation calls for it. Your lack of communication skills shows when you refer to someone as a _____ whiner. I am also not a liberal but very much conservative. I am very tired of being taken to the cleaners. I do believe you are such a driver that you have had to put claims in for hugh amounts of damage you placed on others. I have never had an accident & if you read my question correctly you would have seen that I had hail damage & someone poured something on my vehicle. I was not the one who has ever had to use my insurance. Your lack of being means to let someone just vent shows that you lack something. If you only have time to sit & call people names you need to find something else to do… like get a life!

Here is part of the text :
The Community Associations Institute (CAI) may call it whatever they want — Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act (UCIOA) or Texas Uniform Planned Community Act (TUPCA) — it’s all the same. Under the cover of creating a balanced, uniform, statewide law for the creation and operation of mandatory homeowners’ associations they are trying to take away homeowners’ constitutional and property rights. These bill proposals are popping up all over the nation, under various names, but they all have only one target: To establish a bigger income for the service providers and to fleece the homeowners who live in these associations.

Specialized attorneys that grow wealthy from these associations sponsor these bills. On the Texas TUPCA website one quote surely stands out: “TUPCA may be the first state statute in the country to devote an entire section to protecting the rights of individual homeowners.” I think that’s about the boldest false statement I have ever heard! When any proposal takes away constitutional and property rights from United States citizens, that creates a dictatorship. It doesn’t protect peoples’ rights, no matter what its proponents claim. This is another one of these “FEEL GOOD” bills that achieves nothing — no enforcement, no accountability — but tries to tell legislators that enacting this bill will move the necessary reform to their constituents!

Is it that bad? What must homeowners do? Is there some platform to join? Get more info? Please write. Also about your experience.

I work nights. My husband often asks me for money and is stingy with groceries. He won’t help around the house and won’t do home repairs or maintenance. I already pay more than my fair share around the house. I think he is being very selfish. He asked me for money to help him buy a new motorcycle and I said no and he got mad. He chewed me out for a small car accident I had because it would cause our insurance premiums to rise, which he pays. I told him that I would gladly go to financial counseling to work out a budget but he won’t go. He gripes about money and tells me I should be home with the kids but I was too lazy to be a mom. When I’m at work he makes the kids cook and take care of him. If I tell him I need to quit my job, he throws a fit and tells me I have to pay for my student loan and car payment. He doesn’t care that I fall asleep driving home from work and have accidents. I hope I finally crash and die. I think he has it made and is very selfish. What do I do
To Tuf Luv, it doesn’t seem selfish to you for a spouse to refuse to help around the house and to refuse to do home repairs or maintenance and to refuse to pay his fair share of expenses or to go to financial counseling? He was having part of his paycheck garnished because he wouldn’t file income taxes from the time he was seventeen until I finally started doing it for him after I learned the truth about it. He kept telling me he was taking care of it but he wasn’t. Fortunately in our state the IRS can’t take your home. You don’t think it’s selfish for one person to refuse to help with the house? And to be more concerned about the insurance premiums than the other persons safety in an auto accident? We don’t have a garage, or a driveway, or a sidewalk. We don’t have a yard or grass, just mud. He says I wouldn’t have to work if I didn’t have to have a new house. Our new house is a doublewide that costs us less than rent would and I pay for it and the property tax and insurance

For example if the a/c goes out who fixes it? Also who carries home owners insurance on the property?
