On whose recommendation are the appointments made and what was wrong with the original replacement?
There has been a lot of activity in the past few days in the insurance sector. Is it prudent to make this appointment at this time to this person? Considering this man’s trade union expertise and experience at the electricity house he seems better qualified to hold a different post.

He is by all indicators in the wrong department.Perhaps the vacancy should remain so until the proper candidate is vetted for the post.

Mr Kariyawasam said alternative energy solutions such as solar, wave, wind, mini hydro, biomass and tidal are extremely costly. The investment cost for 1 MW of installed capacity of solar power is US$ 10 million. Wave power costs US$ 4 million per 1 MW, biomass US$ 3 million, wind US$ 3 million, mini hydro US$ 1.5 million and tidal US$ 4 million. In comparison, diesel and natural gas in internal combustion engines cost US$ 0.9 million per 1 MW while executive generation using fossil fuel costs US$ 1 million per MW.
I am well aware that the interchangeable Minister Murkherjee is in Colombo this week as I am well aware of the Sampath project which remains unapproved, I am also well aware of Namaste as I am well aware that Murkhejee is not Prime Minister. I understand the world view is skewed at 4’6″ but small mindedness and short perception do not have to operate in conjunction with dimunitive stature. I am also well aware of the recruitment of ex-cons into the US alternative energy sector as it was on the news today, Mr. Murkherjee- the US was so looking forward to having its young, non-criminal proponents of alternative energy working on these federally mandated projects, much more so than building mafias. It is also wise for an external minister of one country to stay out of the internal affairs of its neighbor especially when there are verfiable links of cross limit terrorism that span thirty years. In Sri Lanka we have experienced the devolution of “former terrorists” to mafia elements that still carry on terrorist acts. To that end Mr. Murkherjee I pose the question – What is your involvement with Namaste and was your participation and/or “expertise” requested? For your “expertise”,per your designation, in Sri Lanka’s internal affairs, foreign policy and national security are not requisite or a pre-requisite to our sovreignity. Senator McCain, please have a conversation with Vice-president Biden regarding this matter. I had also asked him to pass along information regarding sure Arizona residents that were at 8/27 to your attention.

I currently work at Home Depot full-time and was thinking about getting insurance coverage for me, my spouse and my two year old with them. However, I found a pretty good plan from Blue Cross Blue Shield for under $ 300 dollars a month for all of us to be covered.

Anyone work for Home Depot that has coverage? I am wondering how much they are? I know it will vary from person to person and their health conditions for coverage, but trying to get a rough estimate how much they charge per person, or family? I am not means to view HD plans until it is time for enrollment which isn’t until July. I want to see if it is worth waiting for HD coverage or go with Blue Cross.

Thanks

will blue cross cover hymenectomy

what would they cover, just wondering if it would be pro rated or do they just replace them ? This happened and I just put a call in to my representative and paitently waiting for a call

When have Americans ever been so opposite an option? There is nothing more American than options. It’s funny how the very same Republicans who oppose this, just voted to expand National Flood Insurance. I did say expand, which means we do have a government run insurance for our houses. Do Republican believe our property is worth protecting but not our own health? So are you hypocrites or did you not know about National Flood Insurance? It’s also funny that Texas filed more claims and received the most money from this “Socialized Insurance”. Please explain!

I read you can add something called an endorsement to your home owners insurance policy to cover extra liability of running a home bases business. I plan on teaching approx. fifteen students and am in California, anyone have any idea how much the Business extra insurance would cost?

I have had rental insurance and it is time to renew. However, since last year I have moved in with my fiance, who owns our home and has homeowners insurance. We will be married this summer. Do I need to continue my renter’s insurance or will his homeowners coverage be enough for my possessions, too?

I paid for a building that was already occipied in Okla. The people signed a lease to include deposit and libality insurance. After a month of nagging i finally got the deposit, but they are making no attempt to get insurance. Do I evict on crack of contract or what?

We live in WA state and I want to know what happens with foreclosure here? To be more specific here is my situation:

Septmber 2005 We did an 80/20 and purchased our home new.
The morgage was sold off several times as lenders often do…
February 2008 We refinanced our 1st into and FHA loan and subordinated the 2nd.
AS of Now we are thirty days past due on our second.
On our 1st it was sold off as soon as we signed and we are with Wells Fargo and it is an FHA loan…we were 3 payments behind (shy of 90 days) and so we are now on a repayment plan where you make 3 payments and then have a baloon payment due, but you end up doing a modification after the 3rd payment to basically start your loan over. We made the first two payments of the payment plan, but have not made the 3rd and are about to mangle the payment plan…they told us as long as our income was more than our outcome we could requalify for a new repayment plan however talking with my husband we are considering some other options…

My husband was laid off work, and now they have him back, but it will be about a month and a half before they can put him back on salary and back into the income we are used to and back on track with our morgage, but after looking around and checking the facts we think it might be better to leave our house and rent…we know that we owe about 30K more than our home is worth with the current market…also we found several houses similar to our own but to rent we are looking at paying $ 1,200/month instead of the $ 1,800/month we are paying now and also the rental homes are in a better area and are not townhomes, but single family residents with yard and so on and also a landlord to take care of severe maintance…we are VERY clean people and have no pets and take care of things…we are not gross people. I know we will have to have a deposit and so forth and we are hoping to be means to find someone to rent to us with our credit now less than perfect due to the time my husband was laid off…but what will happen to our current home?

*Can the lender take us to court to get the difference between what we owe and what they are means to sell the house for after they foreclose on us?
*When we leave can we take the refridgerator and washer and dryer and other things we brought into the house?

(I know we will have the foreclosure on our credit for 7-10 years–I will be thirty when it comes off…we had perfect credit before this so kind of a bummer…good news is we do not need to buy another vehicle or shift our insurance or look for a new job so we will have to let our credit recover back to how it was before… but with the fact that we can rent a house better than ours for about $ 600 less per month and not have as much maintaince to worry about it just makes more sense…especially considering that my house is worth far less than we owe now).

Please let me know if you have gone through this or you work in this industry…I know that when I searched google I found that it said both…some places said we would have to pay the difference after they sold and some said we would not…

Thanks for your time!

I am thinking about documenting my household inventory. I saw on the news that a man had $ 30, 000 in tools stolen and the insurance company refused to payout because he had no proof. Being the anxious worry wart that I am, this has really sparked something in me, because I have some really expensive items.

Obviously receipts would be best for an insurance claim, but I cannot say I have receipts for everything. However, would photographs of our belongings be sufficient for an insurance claim, or am I really just wasting my time?

i live on a ranch in texas. my beloved came over to my house while i was at work and parked his car in the field we keep the horses. when he returned to his car the paint was scraped off in random spots by our horses. my dad says our home owners insurance should cover it but hes wondering whos fault it is. his or ours?
i have no clue if he took the keys or not but the only people around were him and his friend who he brought out. the land that he parked the car in is about 35 acres, we have 4 horses and they roam freely. i know he didn’t think he needed to worry about the horses which is why i feel like its our fault but hes been out to our place a bunch and knows that the horses are curious and hang out in that spot when its feeding time which is why i kinda think its his fault for not parking on the other side of the gate. so if it actually is his fault how should i mangle the news? i already told him the homeowners insurance would cover it.
alright well to come onto our property u drive 1/2 a mile up the driveway, then you enter through a gate (this is where the horses are and its about 35 acres its also all fenced in) then you drive to another gate which lets you into the area where our house is and everyone parks including him every other time until today in which case he parked inside the horse area
