Brazil trade sanctions against US

The interesting thing in this article is the alleged “$$ billions of dollars we are paying cotton farmers”.  Why must we provide welfare to  farmers?  This is the real “nanny state” the right has whined about.  Stop paying the rich to get richer.  They are probably using illegal aliens to harvest their subsidized product.  Start helping the majority of True Americans.
